Copyright Information
Katrina Brye, hereafter referred to as "Artist", owns the copyright to all artworks and images. All created created artworks are protected by United States and International copyright laws. It is illegal to copy, scan, or reproduce artworks or digital images created without the written consent of the artist.
The artist will provide a print release if agreed upon, allowing the printing of given artworks and images for personal use only. Any artworks or images to be used for public or commercial use will require the written consent of the artist.
Artworks and images may not be altered in any way, including but not limited to, the addition of filters, removal or addition of watermarks, etc. Photos may be cropped for print purposes only.
By commissioning an artwork and making payment the client hereby agrees and acknowledges that any and all Copyright rights are retained by the artist per 17 USC 101 et seq. (US Copyright Law) and are not released by this agreement.
By commissioning an artwork and making payment the client hereby agrees to indemnify the artist against any claims and damages, including reasonable attorney fees and costs, including fees and costs on appeal, arising out of or in connection with the client's use of the artworks and images and the artist's use of any material under instruction from the client.
